| Description | Location. The three storey Hotel Vent D'Ouest is housed in a building constructed after the destruction of World War Two, in the centre of the port of Le Havre. The shopping on Rue de Paris is 600 metres from the hotel, and Le Havre Beach is 700 metres away. Le Havre Octeville Airport (LEH) is 10 kilometres distance, an approximate driving time of 10 minutes.
